We focus on high performance custom homes, from design through completion. Our in house carpenters build with thoughtfulness and intent. They understand the building envelope and the role each layer plays in keeping the home comfortable, dry, and efficient. Performance critical decisions are guided by our in house Certified Passive House Designer, so the home meets the standards we set for airtightness, comfort, and durability.
